Sentinel Field

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This policy explains what the Sentinel Field assessment (the "Assessment") collects, why, how it is stored, and how you can have it deleted. The Assessment is operated by Sentinel Field LLC ("we," "us"). Questions: elijah@sparkyfield.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We use your answers solely to generate your report and to let you resume and re-download it with your email and PIN. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your data, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain your order, your scored answers, and your finished report until you ask us to delete them (so you can return and re-download your report). The four written free-text answers you provide are never retained at all — they are used in memory to generate your report and then discarded, so there is nothing to store, leak, or delete. You can delete the rest of your data yourself at any time using the tool below, or by emailing us. Stripe retains its own record of the transaction independently, as required for financial and tax recordkeeping.

How it's protected

Your data is stored in a database that is not directly readable by the public — all access runs through our server, gated by the access token tied to your purchase. No system is perfectly secure, but we restrict access to what is necessary to operate the Assessment.

Delete my data

Enter the email and 6-digit PIN you received after payment. This permanently deletes your order, your answers, and your generated report from our database. This cannot be undone, and you will no longer be able to resume or re-download your report.

Children

The Assessment is intended for adults in the workforce and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

This policy is provided in good faith and is intended as a plain-language description of our current practices. It is not legal advice and is pending review by counsel.
