These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Sentinel Field assessment and report (the "Service"), provided by Sentinel Field LLC ("Sentinel Field," "we," "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a personality and workforce self-awareness assessment that generates a written report based on your responses. The report is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The Service is provided for personal, informational, and developmental purposes only.
The Service is not a clinical, psychological, or medical instrument, and it is not a hiring, employment, promotion, or screening tool. It has not undergone formal psychometric validation. The report does not constitute professional, legal, medical, psychological, financial, or career advice. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for any employment, financial, health, or other significant decision. Any action you take based on the report is your own responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service is offered for a one-time fee, stated at checkout, processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect a purchase already completed.
Because the Service is a digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately upon completion, all sales are final and no refunds are provided. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at elijah@sparkyfield.com and we will review the matter in good faith.
After payment you receive a 6-digit PIN that, together with your email, lets you resume and re-download your report. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential. Anyone with your email and PIN can access your report. We are not responsible for access obtained by others through your credentials.
The assessment, its questions, the five-type framework and taxonomy, the report format, and all related content are the property of Sentinel Field LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. The personalized report generated for you is yours to use for your own personal and professional development. We retain ownership of the underlying assessment and methodology.
Your report is generated with the assistance of AI and may contain inaccuracies, generalizations, or interpretations that do not fully fit you. The report reflects patterns inferred from your answers, not objective fact about you. Use your own judgment.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the report will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Field LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel Field LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and how you can have your data deleted.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
